Refund & Cancellation Policy

Initial Assessment Deposit

The $500 initial assessment deposit is non-refundable. This deposit covers:

• Personal review of your application by Dr. Rajaipour
• Comprehensive initial assessment consultation
• Personalized evaluation and treatment planning
• Administrative processing and scheduling

If you are accepted into the Executive Performance Intensive program, the $500 deposit will be applied toward your full program investment of $19,997.

Full Program Investment

The full program investment for the 3-month Executive Performance Intensive is:

• Promotional Price (until December 1, 2026): $19,997
• Regular Price (after December 1, 2026): $75,000

The full program investment is due upon acceptance into the program. The $500 assessment deposit will be applied toward your total program investment.

Refund eligibility:

• Before program start: Full refund minus the $500 assessment deposit if you cancel before your official program start date.
• Within first 7 days: 50% refund if you cancel within the first 7 days of starting the program.
• After 7 days: No refunds after the first 7 days of program participation.

Cancellation

To cancel your participation in the program, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Your cancellation date will be the date we receive your written notice. Refunds (if applicable per the policy above) will be calculated from this date.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
