About
VitaRegen Medical was founded by Dr. Negin Rajaipour, MD — a board-certified family medicine physician and U.S. Navy veteran — to deliver thoughtful, individualized care for the patients medicine often misses.
Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Rajaipour is a board-certified family medicine physician with a background in comprehensive primary care and a focus on individualized, evidence-informed medical practice.
She founded VitaRegen Medical™ to create a care environment centered on thoughtful clinical evaluation, clear communication, and patient education. Her approach emphasizes medical judgment, ethical standards of practice, and informed consent — supporting patients as they navigate complex healthcare decisions.
Dr. Rajaipour is a U.S. Navy veteran. Her clinical philosophy was shaped by training and service alongside patients whose suffering frequently did not fit standard diagnostic categories — people whose labs were "normal" while their lives quietly came apart. The E3 Method™ was developed in response: a longitudinal, trauma-informed clinical framework for the patients medicine often dismisses.
Through VitaRegen Medical™, Dr. Rajaipour is committed to delivering care that is professional, transparent, and grounded in established medical principles — with a small panel of patients seen across California, Texas, and New Mexico via telemedicine.

Philosophy
Care that recognizes the interconnection between nervous system health, physical well-being, and lived experience.
A trauma-informed lens on primary care means approaching each patient as more than a collection of physical symptoms. Care recognizes that nervous system regulation and emotional health meaningfully influence how symptoms manifest.
Physical health, stress, and lived experience intersect. Rather than treating isolated complaints, we address the broader context surrounding each patient's health, supporting stability, resilience, and long-term well-being.
Clinical decisions are grounded in sound medical judgment, evidence-based practices, and ethical standards. Care is thoughtfully paced, safety-grounded, and responsive to the whole person — not just the symptom.
